Working with us

We are a fast growing Media Agency supplying images to national and worldwide publications as well as Corporate clients and we are always looking for high quality talent to add to our team. We pride ourselves on the quality of images we provide to our clients and supplying them fast. Therefore, we do set high standards for our photographers but, if you’ve got what it takes then we would like to speak to you about what we can offer each other.

Additionally, for those looking to begin their career in editorial and major event photography we may be able to offer unpaid work experience and so if you are in that position then please get in touch and don’t let the requirements below put you off.

Our photographers must have, as a minimum, the following;

  • Professional grade zoom lens with a mid-range focal length (e.g. 70-200 f2.8)

  • A professional grade camera body that can shoot acceptable quality images at high ISO (i.e. at least 3200 iso) – two such bodies are required for sports events

  • Long professional grade zoom or preferably prime (e.g. 300m/400 f2.8) if you are looking to cover sporting events

  • A laptop and software to be able to edit images on location, accurately caption those images in the IPTC data, and send those images via FTP to our picture desk within a reasonable time limit of the images being taken. This doesn’t mean sending the images hours after the event for example.

If you’re looking for a way to get into high-profile events to enjoy rather than work then I’m afraid we’re not the agency for you. However, if you have the equipment together with the desire to work hard then we would certainly like to speak to you.

To find out more then please use the Contact form and be prepared to supply details about the following;

  • A short biography of you. Please include the type of photography you’ve been doing, who you’ve worked for previously, the geographical areas you are able to cover and the type of events you are looking to cover

  • Copies of what you consider to be your best 5 images and/or a link to your portfolio

  • A listing of your key photography equipment and software you use to edit, caption and send images
